1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Purori, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Purori is an iOS application that helps knitters and crocheters import, parse, and follow knitting patterns. The app uses AI to convert pattern PDFs into structured, step-by-step instructions.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Purori. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

4. Subscriptions

Purori offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Free tier users are limited to 15 lifetime imports and 5 active patterns. Pro users receive up to 50 imports per month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Purori for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Abuse the pattern parsing service (excessive automated requests, scraping)
Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

Purori does not claim ownership of the knitting patterns you upload. You retain all rights to your pattern content. The AI-parsed output is derived from your uploaded content and belongs to you. The Purori app, its code, design, and branding are the property of Purori.

7. Disclaimer

Purori is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-parsed patterns may contain errors. Always verify parsed instructions against your original pattern. We are not responsible for knitting outcomes based on parsed patterns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Purori after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
