Contact
Purori is built by one person. The best way to reach me is by email. I read every message and aim to respond within two business days.
Email: support@purori.co
You can also follow along and message me on Instagram at @purori.co. If you want a faster response, a direct message there is the quickest way to reach me.
When reporting a problem, include your account email, your device model and iOS version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots are welcome.
Account & Sign-In
I forgot my password. Open the app, tap Sign in, then tap Forgot password. Purori will email you a reset link. This is only applicable to accounts using the email and password authentication method. If your account was made using Sign in with Apple, you will need to manage your credentials under your iCloud account within the Settings app.
I want to delete my account. Open Purori, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, all stored patterns, and associated data from Purori's servers. This cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, email me and I will process the deletion for you.
Sign in with Apple is not working. Make sure you are signed in to iCloud in Settings → [your name] on your device, then try again. If the issue persists, sign in with email and password instead and contact support.
Pattern Parsing
My pattern failed to parse. Parsing can fail when a PDF is image-only (scanned without text), heavily formatted, or larger than the supported page limit. Try a different PDF export of the same pattern, or send me the file at support@purori.co and I will investigate. Failed imports are automatically refunded to your monthly quota.
Parsing is taking a long time. Most patterns finish in under a minute. Long patterns can take several minutes. If a parse has been pending for more than 15 minutes, force-quit the app and reopen it; the import will resume or be marked failed.
The parsed pattern has errors. AI parsing is not perfect. You can edit any row directly in the app. Tap a row to adjust stitch counts, instructions, or size groups. Always double-check parsed instructions against your original pattern before beginning and throughout your project.
Subscriptions
How do I subscribe to Pro? Open Purori, go to Settings → Upgrade to Pro, and choose a monthly or annual plan. Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Purori and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I request a refund? Apple processes all refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for Purori.
I restored my subscription but Pro is not active. Go to Settings → Restore purchases in Purori. If Pro still does not activate within a minute, sign out and back in, then try again. Contact support if the issue persists.
What are the plan limits? Free accounts include 5 lifetime imports. Pro accounts include 30 imports per month. Unused monthly imports do not roll over.
Troubleshooting
The app crashed. Force-quit Purori and reopen it. If crashes continue, make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store. Email me with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it crashed.
My patterns are not syncing across devices. Pull to refresh on the patterns list. Patterns are stored on Purori's servers and tied to your account, so signing in on a new device will restore your library.
Push notifications are not arriving. Check Settings → Notifications → Purori on your device and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside Purori, confirm notifications are enabled in Settings.
